For some of our clients it wasn’t easy to open a bank account. In order to help them and reduce hassles, as soon as the company is formed, we are giving all our clients free advice – list of contacts in several banks where they can open the bank account for their new company. To open an account in these banks it is necessary to travel to the country where the bank is located.

MEDIATION IN OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT IN THE EU

> The account holder will be the newly formed company
> Location of the bank is in the European Union
> E-banking is available so that the customer can view and perform transactions from all over the world
> The customer will receive a debit card linked to the company account. This will enable him/her to collect cash from any ATM machine anywhere in the world. He/she will also be able to make purchases from anywhere in the world, with the purchase price being deducted from his/her bank account
> The customer will be able to make wire transfers into and out of the account

Our service includes the following:
> Carrying out due diligence, reviewing application forms and advising on the content of application forms
> Support and advice in compiling the client information required by the bank and submitting the account opening application
> Communication with the bank

It is important to note, however, that the success of the application is solely determined by the bank.

MEDIATION IN OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

This is primarily a convenience for clients who registered the company in the British Virgin Islands, although the service is available to other clients as well.
> The account may be opened using all major currencies, ie Euros, Sterling, Australian and US Dollars
> E-banking is available. Also, the customer is given the option of applying for and using VISA or MasterCard debit cards

Our service includes:
> Providing certified copies of the BVI company’s corporate documents (a mandatory requirement by the bank)
> Carrying out due diligence, creating application forms
> Support and advice in compiling the client information required by the bank and submitting the account opening application
> Communication with the bank
